  The owner was smiling when my wife bought a lamp to be picked up the next day. However, my wife decided that the lamp wasn't right for the living room and tried to get a refund, the owner became rude and refused although the lamp had never left the shop.
  
  Also, merchandise does not appear to be high quality.
